A treble clef in lights on the Corning Tower of the Empire State Plaza at the Harvest Music Festival. The effect was created from turning on lights in particular building offices. The Harvest Music Festival was a full day event with music and farmers' markets at the Empire State Plaza. The Albany Police Department estimated that at least 75,000 people attended.
