Governor Carey with his Son, Thomas
Governor Hugh L. Carey with his son, Thomas, in the Executive Mansion after the Harvest Music Festival. The Festival was a full day event with music and farmers' markets at the Empire State Plaza. The Albany Police Department estimated that at least 75,000 people attended.
