Maroney makes a final statement. Arthur Liman makes a statement on behalf of the McKay Commission on physical brutality. McKay indicates that a bomb threat has been called into the studio. Arthur Liman examines New York Times journalist and Observer, Tom Wicker. Wicker testifies about his experience as an Observer inside Attica on September 10, 1971 negotiating between the inmates and state authorities.
