Ball, entered in the Supreme Court of the State of New York for the County of Wyoming, granting the motion to quash the subpoena duces tecum served upon Respondents on September 5, 1972. The order restrains the Respondents from destroying or disposing of files and records of the New York State Special Commission on Attica, authorizes and directs the Respondents to retain custody and control of the files and records, and prohibits respondents from turning over any portions of the files and records to any person other than as directed by the Court
