Royal mandamus to swear James Jauncey of the council; he is sworn in and takes his seat. Advice of council on the report that a vessel arrived from Glasgow had been cast off from the wharf by a mob. Letter received from Captain James Mountague commanding the man-of-war Kingfisher relating to the above Glasgow vessel; advice of council thereon.
