An unidentified man inspects four-year-old Scotch pine (Pinus sylvestris) growing at the Lake Clear Junction plantation in Franklin County. Planted in 1902, the plantation was the first of its kind to be established by the Commission. This image was created to record the reforestation efforts of the Forest, Fish and Game Commission.
