An unidentified man inspects Scotch pines (Pinus sylvestris) at the Lake Clear Junction plantation in Franklin County. The plantation was planted in 1902, and was the first of its kind to be established by the Commission. This image was created to record the reforestation efforts of the Forest, Fish and Game Commission.
