News release and report issued by the New York State Department of Health on the Woodstock Festival in August 1969. The report summarizes planning activities for the festival, events at the festival, efforts of Dr. William Abruzzi to organize and provide medical care during the festival, and issues with water supply, food, sewage, and solid refuse encountered during the festival.

Page 3 of the report gives a summary of medical cases, including "797 "trips" (incidence of drug use)" and page 4 notes that "Rumors of deliveries (births) at the Festival were not borne out by the record". The report goes on to list the food stands available, and the lengths that cold and wet festivalgoers went to in an attempt to keep warm.
