A truck trail is under construction by the Civilian Conservation Corps, camp S-118, stationed in Truxton, N.Y. The road has been leveled and gravel laid down. Large pipes lay in the road, perhaps scheduled to become a culvert. These roads were constructed by the CCC to aid in their reforestation and fire suppression projects. This image was created to record the reforestation work of the Civilian Conservation Corps under the supervision of the New York State Conservation Department.
