Petition. Magistrates of Breuckelen, Midwout, Amesfoort and New Utrecht, praying that all acknowledgments of deeds and mortgages, and all legal writings, relating to real estate, be made before their secretary and two of the magistrates of the town in which the property is situate, according to the practice in Fatherland.
