Mandamus to the court of New Amsterdam, to release Christina Steentgens, widow of Gabriel de Haes, from all debts due by her late husband, on her surrendering her property for the benefit of her creditors, provided, however, that should she hereafter acquire any property, real or personal, then she is to satisfy any creditors remaining unpaid.
