[Description provided by published index] Petition. Frederick Philips, complaining that the court at Willemstadt had taxed his father-in-law, Adolf Hardenbroeck, who is merely his agent, and as his (P.'s) estate is taxed in New Orange, prays that the tax in Willemstadt may be taken off.
