Cornelis van Tienhoven; 100 morgens of land called Otterspoor, on the East river, Manhattan Island, for a bouwery, adjoining Mr. la Montagne and Jochim Pietersen Kuyter, which land had originally been granted by director Van Twiller to Jacob van Curler, and by the latter sold to Van Tienhoven aforesaid, who hath long since conveyed it to Coenraet van Cuelen, of Amsterdam, merchant (see supra, p. 31).
