This bill extends expiration of provisions of civil practice law and rules requiring settlement conferences in residential foreclosure actions; continues the authority of the New York City marshals to execute money judgments of the Supreme and Family Courts in New York City; and extends the authority of judicial hearing officers in the 7th and 8th judicial districts and of court attorney referees to issue orders of protection in certain circumstances.
