Contract 23.  Excavation for water main west of East Henrietta Road.  "This photo is looking south; the north half was completed (exc.) on Sept. 14th, and  on 15th 72' of 24" C1 Pipe were laid in same.  On 16th a cave-in occurred nearly filling the trench; the cave-in is clearly shown here on right side of trench in foreground."
