This is an ink, wash and charcoal map of a section of the Chenango Canal in Greene. The map is split into two views. The first view shows Sharpe’s Brook which runs under a road bridge and the canal, a portion of an aqueduct, a bridge, four buildings and two unidentified roads. The second view shows a long straight stream and culvert, a bridge, three buildings and an unidentified road. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of J. Tillotson, D. Race, C. and S. Race and D.S. Crandall.
