This is an ink, wash and charcoal map of a section of the Erie Canal in Macedon. It shows the Town of Macedonville, Mud Creek which runs along the bottom of the canal, three bridges, a lock lot, twenty-two buildings and an unidentified road which runs between the canal and the creek. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of John Lapham and Abiathur Powers.
