This is an ink, wash and charcoal map of a section of the Erie Canal in Perrinton. It shows Bushnell’s Basin, two streams that run under the canal through culverts, a bridge, a dry dock, twenty seven buildings including Henry Collin’s Inn and three unidentified roads that all meet at one point. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of Timothy Collins, Omar Collins, Henry Woodin and William Bushnell.
