The map shows a large sweeping bend in the canal, a narrow bridge, three buildings and an unidentified road which hugs the canal then moves off towards the right. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of John King, E. Sutherland, Samuel Hopkins and Joel Dunn.
