This is an ink, wash and charcoal map of a section of the Chenango Canal in Eaton. It shows a large section of the Woodman Pond Reservoir, the West Branch Feeder which runs along the bottom of the canal, the Madison Brook feeder which runs upward at a 90 degree angle from the canal and a cigar shaped basin. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of John Long, Sylvester Macomber, Joseph Macomber, Daniel Albe and Rufus Bacon.
