View of the west shore of Tupper Lake in either Altamont, Franklin County or Piercefield, Saint Lawrence County in the Adirondack Mountains. The date is unrecorded, but probably ca. 1920-1940. There is a camp amongst the trees on the left side of the photograph. This image was created to record the land acquisition activities of the New York State Forest, Fish and Game Commission/Conservation Commission/Conservation Department.
