This is an ink, wash and charcoal map of a section of the Champlain Canal in Kingsbury. The map is split into two views. The first view shows the canal and the Road to Fort Edward. The second view shows the canal, two buildings and the Road to Fort Edward and Sandy Hill. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of Dorastus H. Alden, Russell Clark, Nathaniel Pitcher and Lot No. 11, 12 and 18.
