It shows Wood Creek, a channel that runs from Wood Creek to the canal, a basin with an adjoining pond, a dry dock, a bridge, seven buildings and the Road to Fort Edward and Sandy Hill. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of Thomas Bradshaw, William Baker, D. and E. Smith, John Miller and Lot No. 44.
