This is an ink, wash and charcoal map of a section of the Champlain Canal in Whitehall and Fort Ann. The Map is split into two views. The first view shows the Whitehall and Fort Ann Town Line, Wood Creek, two bridges, fifteen buildings and the Road to the Village of Fort Ann. The second view shows Wood Creek, four buildings and the Road to the Village of Fort Ann. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the properties of Milo Daley, Jacob Winchell, Thomas Horton and Lot No. 73.
