The first view shows a lateral canal feeder to Montezuma, a square shaped basin, the Montezuma Salt Company, a bridge, two buildings, a turnpike and an unidentified road. The second view shows a pump house, a salt well, a reservoir and the end of the canal feeder. The red lines indicate courses and distances. The blue lines indicate canal right-of-way. The map also shows the property of the Montezuma Salt Company.
