Letter to the New York State Comptroller Lucius Robinson from F.A. Conklin, who wrote on behalf of Louis Sulzbacher, a veteran of the New York State Volunteers during the Mexican War. Conklin wrote to request that the Comptroller pay the remaining balance of pension monies owed to Sulzbacher.
