Survey of land, done by Hazael Shephard and submitted to New York State Surveyor General Simeon DeWitt, of lots 53 and 35 in Pittstown, N.Y. The land had been forfeited by the attainder of Robert Leake after the American Revolution. The survey was signed by Hazael Shephard and John Tayler, one of the judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Albany County.
