An agreement for the purhcase of land in Pittstown, Rensselaer County by Michael Cook and Andries Weidenwax on November 13th of 1766. A further agreement was reached on February 13th of 1767 between the proprietors and Cook and Weidenwax to complete payment no later than May of 1769. Side 2 contains the signatures of all parties involved in the agreement.
