Photograph of the Erie Railroad Bridge over the Upper Falls of the Genesee River in Letchworth Park. This wooden trestle bridge was built by the Erie Railroad Company over the Genesee River. The bridge was built between 1851 and 1852. The wooden bridge was destroyed in a fire in 1875, but was replaced with an iron and steel bridge in the same year.
