Land includes sixty acres granted to Peter Augustine and John Dennu, the westerly part marked six hundred acres is that which is now given up to the State, the remaining part is still in the hands of the Indians. Done December 1829 and respectfully submitted to Simeon DeWitt, Esq., Surveyor General, by Peter Gifford, Deputy Surveyor. Original map size 26” x 23”.
