Affidavit of Joshua Mersereau, that no person (except citizens of the United States) to his knowledge, hath any right or share in the tract of land claimed by William Shepherd, Joshua Mersereau and their associates, and lying in the county of Albany, between the patents of Hosick and Pittstown, and that said persons are citizens of Massachusetts.
