Indian deed, to Captn. Johan Jost Herckimer, of all that tract of land, situate in the county of Albany, on the south side of the Mohawks river, at the Fall hill, beginning on the south bank of said river, at the northwest corner of a tract of land granted to John Lindsay, containing 3,200 acres, with a small island, containing about two acres, lying in said river.
