Indian deed to Stephen Bayard and others, of a tract of land beginning by a certain fall upon Kinderhook river, and going up upon the said river, which said fall is called by the Indians Kasesjewack, taking in all the lands on both sides of said river 2 miles on each side to a certain place called by the natives Mogonghkamigh, then up the southeast branch of the said river to a place called by the natives Mohauack, and from thence with a straight line to the foot of a hill called by the natives Wapeem watsjoe, and in Dutch de Karstenge Bergh, always keeping the breadth of two English miles in each side of the kill till you come by the foot of the said hill, the whole breadth of the said tract is four English miles.
