Exterior view of the Lake-Tysen House located on Cobbs Avenue in New Dorp on Staten Island. Built around 1740 by Joseph Guyon, the house has a roof that slopes down over a front porch and three dormer windows on the second floor. To the right of the house is an unpaved, circular driveway. An unpaved, but well-worn path leads from the driveway across the front of the house and to the front steps.
