Aerial view of Polo Grounds Houses a public housing apartment complex consisting of eight high-rise buildings located at 155th Street and Eighth Avenue (now Frederick Douglass Boulevard) along the Hudson River in Manhattan. A stadium known as the Polo Grounds can be seen alongside the complex and in the background city buildings can be seen beyond a wooded embankment.
