Exterior view of Saint Patrick's gothic cathedral on Fifth Avenue in New York City. The church was designed by James Renwick, building began in 1858 and was completed in 1878 and dedicated on May 25, 1879. The building is located at Fifth Avenue between 50th and 51st streets.
