Exterior view of building damaged by ice at Cold Spring along the Hudson River in Putnam County. Much of the walls on at least two sides of the wood framed building have been torn away from the structure. Some of the support beams for the second floor have been dislodged. Huge blocks of ice from the Hudson River are jammed around and under the building. Next to the building in the foreground, a railroad track has been kept clear of ice.
