Schuyler's patent, 1754
Indian deed to David Schuyler, Peter D. Schuyler and Nich's Pickett, for a certain tract of land lying in the county of Albany, on the south side of the Mohawks river, and on the west side of a lake called Cainadarage, containing 45,000 acres (Schuyler's patent, Otsego Co.), indorsed.

Certificate of Cadwallader Colden, junr., that the same was surveyed in the presence of the Indians, and the purchase money mentioned therein, paid in his presence, and also with, Certificate of Hendk. Fry, justice of the peace, that the same was duly executed.
