Indian deed to Lambartus Starnbergh, of two tracts of land lying at Schohary in the county of Albany, the first of which beginning in the east line of the lands granted to Myndert Schuyler and others, called the Schohary patent, and at the northwest corner of a tract of land granted to Lewis Morris and Andries Quieman, and runs from thence along the said line of Schohary patent north twenty-five degrees east one hundred and forty chains, then south seventy-five degrees, east one hundred and fifteen chains, then south twenty-five degrees, west one hundred and forty chains to the said tract granted to Lewis Morris and Andries Queman, and then along the same to the place where this tract began, containing 1,500 acres; the other tract begins at the southeast corner of the said tract granted to Lewis Morris and Andries Quieman, and runs from thence south twenty-seven degrees, west one hundred and thirty chains, then north seventy-five degrees, west one hundred and twenty-five chains to the said east line or bounds of Schohary, and then along the same and the bounds of the said tract granted to Lewis Morris and Andries Quieman, to the place of beginning, containing 1,600 acres, (Schoharie, Schoharie Co.).
Certificate of Cadwallader Colden, junr., that the bounds described therein are correct, and that the purchase money had been paid to the Indians in the presence, etc.
