Indian deed for Arent Stephens, Dow Fonda and others 1752
Indian deed for Arent Stephens, Dow Fonda and others, for a certain tract of land, beginning at a great rock, lying on the west side of a creek, called by the Indians Caniadutta, and runs from said rock, to a tract of land granted to Peter Winne and others, and along the bounds thereof, to a tract of land granted to Harme Van Slyke and DePester, then along the bounds thereof, to a tract of land called Stonerabie, and then along the E. and N.E. bounds thereof to the place where it began, containing about 20,000 acres (Ephratah, Fulton Co.).

Certificate of Cadwallader Colden, surveyor, and of Col. William Johnson, one of his majesty's council, of the province of New York, that the bounds therein described are correct.
