Ordinance. Against selling strong drink to the Indians ; against committing damages on lands, orchards and gardens, their fences or products ; obliging all parties to keep their fences in good repair ; to prevent trespasses, and authorizing the construction of a public pound. [1647]
Order. To serjeant Lithschoe, not to allow any goods to be landed, except on a permit from the director or secretary. [1647]
Permit. To William Tomassen, skipper of the Falconer, to discharge his ship, articles of contraband and cases marked with the company's mark, excepted. [1647]
