Thomas Smith vs. Jan Pietersen, action for a gun ; ordered that it be brought into court and parties then to settle their accounts. William Cornelisen Coster vs. skipper Houthuyn, for loss of wine by leakage, and for damage of goods ; referred to arbitration. [1642]

Resolution. To prevent the great injury done to the Indian trade, within Dutch territory, by the English, especially by one George Lamberton, on the Red Mountain (New Haven), and to authorize the fiscal to constrain him to pay the company's duties. [1642]
