Everardus Bogardus and Tymen Jansen, guardians of the minor children of Cornelis van Vorst, vs. Jan Damen and David Provoost, guardian of Jan, eldest son of said Van Vorst, for an increased allowance to educate said minors ; granted. Cornelis Lambertsen Cool vs. Sybout Claessen, for delivery of plank ; referred to arbitration. [1641] (Page 89).
