Injunction issued prohibiting the curators of the estate of Hendrick van Vorst, deceased, from selling or alienating any part of said estate, until it be ascertained whether deceased had made a will in Holland. Claes Cornelissen Swits vs. Maryn Adriaensen ; settled. Maryn Adriaensen vs. Hendrick Pietersen, to oblige defendant to receive a house and plantation he purchased ; defendant pleads intoxication at the time he bought the premises ; ordered to prove that he was drunk, and that he disclaimed the purchase within 24 hours, otherwise the purchase to remain valid. Fiscal vs. Govert Loockermans et al., for boarding an English vessel without a permit ; fined. [1640]
