License, seal, and translation from the Motion Picture Division for the Mexican film "Chucho el Roto (Revised)," or "Chucho the Dandy," 1935. The seal was a license that allowed the picture to be screened in theaters in New York State. The license allowed the film's distributors to exhibit it in the state of New York. The pages contain dialogue in Spanish and English.
