Hand drawn survey map of the towns of Plattsburgh, Beekmantown, Schuyler Falls, Peru and Au Sable. This map shows the patents around the aforementioned towns. It also shows the Great Au Sable River, Saranac River, Lake Champlain, Grand Isle, North Hero, part of Vermont and various railroads. The map is marked, "Private copy from private papers of Verplanck Colvin." Original map is 26.7" x 21" inches and is held by the Dept. of Environmental Conservation.
