AN ACT in relation to directing the commissioner of mental health and the commissioner of mental retardation and developmental disabilities to report on all relevant state statutes and regulations regarding the development and placement of residential programs for individuals with mental illness or developmental disabilities and directing the commissioner of social services to report on the status of statewide registry of community residential facilities and to amend the mental hygiene law
