Governor Hugh L. Carey at Union Station in Albany with Mayor Erastus Corning II. Union Station was in the restoration process at the time of this visit. The station was being renovated for use for the first time since it originally closed its doors on December 29, 1968. To the left of Governor Carey is Assemblyman Richard Connors.
